Two mini family vacations!

We went to San Antonio with our family besties, the Boudreauxs, over Memorial Day weekend!  We enjoyed mexican food on the riverwalk and a boat ride on Friday night, and a full day at Sea World on Saturday!  The kids did great at Sea World with minimal complaining - success!  Perry loved the Orca show (Luke, not so much).  We headed home Sunday after brunch and lots of park time in the morning.

Next up was a couple days at Hyatt Lost Pines with my parents!  What a FUN place!  The kids had a blast floating the lazy river and swimming in the pool with some breaks for crafts, ice cream, s'mores, and animals.  We LOVED every second and will definitely be back!

Loving summertime!

Goodbye, preschool!

Perry graduated from preschool in May!  We are so PROUD of her for how much she has grown and learned at First Steps Preschool these last 3 years.  It is really emotional for me to think about her starting kinder in the fall.  Time is slipping away, and these preschool years were just the sweetest.  At the graduation ceremony, her teachers spoke about each child and assigned them a fruit of the spirit that best describes them.  Perry's was kindness.  That is what I pray for her to be the most - kind to others and happy.  I am so grateful to her teachers in the Elephant class, for loving on her and getting her ready to thrive in kindergarten!!!

We celebrated the last day of school with a splash day with our cuzzies! :)

Look at my baby on her first day of preschool vs. last!  Same silly face.

Bring on summer!!!

Our tiny dancer and soccer star!

Our sweet Luke enjoyed playing soccer in the spring!  Check out our little sports-obsessed guy at his last practice :)

Perry's dance class stole the show at their spring recital!  I mean, look at how precious they are!  They tapped and shook their hearts out on the stage.  We love Juleigh Holley!

Easter and a little spring catch-up

Easter 2021 recap:  Thankful for a "normal" Easter weekend this year complete with our friends' annual crawfish boil, church, Easter eggs hunts, yummy brunch, and time spent with family at Mumsie and Popsie's!

And here are some cute pics from the spring...
