Luke Robert is TWO!

Our sweet Luke Robert is TWO!!!  It makes me a little sad that my baby is growing up.  But at the same time, we are obsessed with him and the stage that he is in!  Everything he does is just so cute. :)

First and foremost, he is OBSESSED with sports!!!  He always has been, and his passion has only gotten greater!  All sports.  He'll throw a football, hit a baseball, kick a soccer ball, shoot a basketball.  All.  Day.  Long.  He loves watching sports on tv, too.  It's so funny to me how babies/kids are just born with a "thing".  Some love cars, trucks, or animals.  Sports are definitely Luke's "thing".  At least for now!

Other than sports, he loves playing with his animals and has taken a new interest in trains!  He loves looking at books, especially if there are balls or animals in them.  He LOVES swinging and really doing anything outside.

He wants to be doing anything his sister is doing.  He will play with dolls and dress up if it means he gets to play with Perry.  Their bond is really sweet!  For the most part, they get along and are sweet to each other at this stage, which makes me sooooo happy!  He also looooves playing with his cousins!  We are so blessed to get to "live life" with them down the street.

He doesn't really like to eat.  Haha!  He just picks throughout the day and hardly ever eats much at one time.  Lunch is his least favorite meal by far.  He just isn't a big food guy.  But he sure loves his milk!

He is so sweet and sensitive!  My sweet, sweet boy gets his feelings hurt easily and has the cutest sad face ever.  He loves cuddling with mommy.  He cuddles with us way more than Perry did, and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!  He is getting more chatty and is saying all kinds of new things.  My favorite is "hold you" when he wants us to hold him.  I love it when he reaches his arms up and says "Mommy, hold you!"

I can't help myself, so here are a bunch of photos from a couple of impromptu photo shoots :)

My last time putting my ONE year old to bed.

I got emotional that night, so I had to sneak in to see him before I went to bed!

We celebrated the birthday boy with donuts, presents, and a sports-themed party at my parents' house with the fam.  It was a perfect day!

My boy, my baby.  We love you, Luke Robert!
